COST: $85*

*The camp fee is $85 per camper for the first two campers and $45 each for additional camper in the same family. This covers everything, including canteen.
Please do not send any other money
with your camper.

Please fill out the registration form below, then download, complete and mail the following documents as soon as possible:

Medical Information Form (REQUIRED) — This form helps us know the campers medical history as well as the current physical capabilities and restraints on the camper. This form must be printed, filled out, and signed by the parent or guardian of the camper.
Parent Authorization Form (REQUIRED)This form must be printed and signed by the parent or guardian of the camper.
Camp Swampy Information Sheet — This sheet contains important information for your benefit such as: cost, dates, what to pack, what NOT to pack, arrival and departure times, etc.

There are camp scholarships available if the camp fee is a burden. Call the camp registrar regarding this.
It is helpful, but not necessary to mail the camp fee with the camp forms. This can be paid anytime up to the first day of camp.
